For our high school and middle school summer book read, our faculty read "Courageous Edventures: Navigating Obstacles to Discover Classroom Innovation" by Jennie Magiera. On August 12, 2021, we spent an hour together reflecting on the book and collaboratively creating slideshows in which we made our thinking visible. Check out this combined slideshow of all our slides, reflections and questions!

Activity Instructions (9 - 9:30 am)

1. Visit support.casady.org/edventures in the Chrome web browser on your laptop. (verify you are logged into Google)

2. Find the slideshow containing YOUR SLIDE below. (They are organized by FIRST NAME).

3. ONLY EDIT YOUR SLIDE! (Practice good digital citizenship!)

4. If your name is not included, create a NEW SLIDE in the appropriate slide.

5. Follow the directions on slide 1.

Please RETURN to the Records Lobby area by 9:30 am!

How Were These Slide Templates Created?

Alice Keeler (@alicekeeler) created a Google Script which automates the creation of separate Google Slides in the same slideshow, using student names on a roster you've made in Google Sheets.
